It is a masterpiece of Ukrainian folk fairy tales. This is a cautionary tale about a very talkative woman.
Khveska gossiped so actively that her own husband had lost all hope of keeping at least some family
secret. And then there was another reason to keep her mouth shut, cause her husband found a treasure! And from this moment blooms humor and wit that are inherent in Ukrainian folklore for centuries.
Many know how this funny story ends. However, it’s worth seeing how wonderfully this tale is performed at the Maly Theater. For the attention of young spectators and their parents there is a
theater of shadows. Children will be involved in action with sharing sweets and pastries in an extremely beautiful and lovely atmosphere.
The performance is intended for an audience of only 20 children and their parents, the adults will watch it for free.
